Is my home loan rate reduced ?
We understand all our clients have been affected by COVID19 situation and hence we have now dedicated most of our staff to send individual requests to the banks to reduce variable interest rates of our customers. Some of you may have already received emails from our staff communicating the outcome. At this stage 93% of our clients have received better rates than before and the repayments reduced. We are still going through all the loans one by one and if your loan has not been reviewed yet, please send us an urgent request by clicking here.
I want to stop my loan repayments
You can request this by filling up an online form, click here to find your bank's form. If you still need further assistance, please contact us here. Home loan customers requesting financial assistance during this time will be able to defer their repayments, with interest capitalised to their home loan, for up to 6 months. However, during this time, interest and charges will add to the loan balance. At the end of the support period, your loan balance will be recalculated, and their loan term will be extended so their repayments do not increase as a result of the deferral period. Can I make Interest Only repayment on my loan ?

Are banks doing anything for customers who are on fixed rate home loan?
At this stage we have not heard any communication from lenders about assisting customers who are on fixed rates. As you are aware there are break costs applicable when you wish to change the fixed rate to a variable home loan, by paying this fee you are in a position to change your loan type however it's not certain that it will be financially beneficial or not. You are most welcome to give us a call and discuss your individual situation.
Can I refinance my loan to another lender and get a better deal?
